Welcome to the Cold Water Shower Challenge!! I know, I know- sounds painful- but hear me out... Right before January 1, my husband came to me with a printed chart and said that we are going to be doing a Cold Water Shower Challenge together in Janurary. 5 days out of every week we are to end our showers with very cold water. Each week the time we stay under the cold water will increase. And then he went on to explaining why this cold shower therapy is so good for us…. .......
