What I'm Loving Lately

I haven't done a "What I'm Loving Lately," Success Secret in a long time so I thought I was due for one. I wouldn't call this the summer addition because I am all over the place with products that remind me of winter scents or recipes that definitely fall under the autumnal category. But you know what, when you love something, you love it and will consume or use it all the time! Enjoy!

Thieves Essential Oils- This little all natural potion is magic. Not only does it smell of a rich spicy aroma- like Christmas (clove, lemon, cinnamon bark, eucalyptus radiata, and rosemary essential oils create this awesome blend), but it cleans up the simplest (Wesley) dribbles or the heaviest gunk stuck to the stove. I clean everything with this oil and I trust this product with all of my baby's toys, toilets, you name it. I am not a provider of oils, but I do know a couple people if you want to get your hands on it! Let me know :)

Shea Soft and Smooth Shampoo and Conditioner by OGX- Ok, so not only am I still losing hair from having a baby, but I am yanking it out with my brush from less than stellar hair products I used to use. I finally found a cleansing combo that was worth every penny (not saying it's super expensive, but I have tried them all). This particular brand works wonders. I usually brush my hair for 5 long minutes after I get out of the shower, but this... maybe one minute. My brush glided through and the smell reminded me of coconuts and cocoa. Swoon. Ps- I also heard the Wet Brush is a great little investment for tangles. I may try that out as well.

Honey Glazed Roasted Veggies- One night a couple weeks ago I came home from work and my husband surprised me with the most delish dinner. Grilled steak, honey glazed and roasted veg, and a cool glass of sunset blush wine. While it was all mouth watering, the veggies stole the show. Check out this recipe here.

Rodan and Fields REDEFINE Rejuvenation Face Mask- My girlfriend hooked me up! I recently saw a post she did for four different masks she was highlighting and I was instantly turned on to this specific one. I will let the professionals lay it down for you as to why I think it's so dang good! "Our REDEFINE Rejuvenation Mask is an easy way to refresh your skin in just 10 minutes. Plus, it hydrates tired, dry skin to smooth the look of fine lines and wrinkles over time. This bubbly blue mask contains our proprietary 3D3P Molecular Matrix with hydrating Hyaluronic Acid + Glycerin to draw moisture from the air and lock it onto skin for smoother, softer, more radiant-looking skin. Jojoba beads exfoliate dead skin cells to remove dullness and reveal younger-looking skin. Use this intensive face mask if you’re concerned about signs of aging or to boost the results of any Regimen." Ummm, yeah. It's ridiculous and my skin feels fantastic afterwards. Let me know if you would like the hook up.

Black and White Cold Brew Coffee with Almond Milk by Califia- Yummo. This was the most refreshing, creamy and energy heightening drink I think I have ever purchased out on a shopping run. Target was the culprit (isn't it always?!), but if you see this out and about, I highly recommend you snag one. Ps- it does not have a sugary taste if that is your thing.

Pulsing workouts followed by isometric moves- Lately I have been taking Wesley on a lot of stroller walks and jogs just to get us both out of the house. I love it because he usually falls asleep during the last quarter of the walk which allows me to park him in the driveway, open up my trunk (yes I have a whole dang personal training studio in there!) and get a couple rounds of strength training moves in before his twenty minute cat nap is up. I have really been enjoying doing pulsing movements instead of the full movement for each exercise. I make them high in reps and really burn out my muscles. I always end with full slow motion reps to make my muscles shake. Try it out!

Have any products you're loving lately? I'd love to hear :)
