Location:

​*I take groups of three in my home office. Anything more, I will travel to your location.

*I will only drive 45 minutes from Hatboro, PA. Please only book if the location is within this range

Timing:

*I will arrive at your location 15 minutes before the Group Reading’s scheduled time. This is to say hello to everyone, settle in, answer questions and prepare for connecting to energy and Spirit.  

*Please have your guests come at least thirty minutes before the Group Reading’s start time. This is to ensure we are all there, comfortable and ready to start at your Group’s scheduled start time.  

*If you want me to stay longer than the scheduled time (although I work best energetically within a two hour window), you will be invoiced for the extra time afterwards.

Pet Policy:

Please know I am allergic to dogs and cats (it is a sin, I know. Animals are such a gift to us!). I ask that if you have them, to please have them in another room and be conscious of the dander. Unfortunately if I have to take Benadryl, it eventually starts to affect my readings.

 

Food/Drink:

*I will not be partaking in food or drinks during my time with you, thank you for thinking of me. 

*If alcohol is being served, I advise each person to have no more than one glass before and/or during the Group Reading as alcohol can cloud your energy and it may be hard to connect to your Loved One on the Other Side. The clearer your energy is, the clearer the reading will be.  Feel free to drink afterwards.

​Payment/Reschedules:

*Full payment is due at the time you book your date. If you need to cancel the event, you can do so with a full refund one month beforehand otherwise, you will forfeit your payment. If I need to cancel, I will offer you the next available date or you will be refunded in full at your request.

Release Form details:

*By having a Psychic Medium reading or engaging in Life Coaching with me, you agree that you, your assigns, executors, guardians and other legal counselors, or entities release me, Julie Kraus and my employees or anyone associated with my business, from all known or unknown claims against me as a result of any information arising out of a reading that you received from me. You waive all claims, demands, compensation, actions, that I or anyone associated with me or any other participant in the reading currently or hereafter may have for any injuries perceived or real losses you may suffer or believe to have suffered because of or during your reading with me, Julie Kraus. You understand and agree that in the event that you, or anyone associated with you, bring a claim for damages against Julie Kraus and any person associated with Julie Kraus as a result of Julie Kraus’s actions, omissions and other acts, that you and/or your estate shall indemnify and hold harmless Julie Kraus and all persons associated with Julie Kraus from any and all claims, actions, and or damages, legal and otherwise, including the cost and expense of and including reasonable attorney fees associated with defending such actions and claims. You agree that you engage in this Psychic Medium reading or Life Coaching sessions at your own risk.
