Chakra Healing
There are 7 main energy centers in the body that run in a line from the bottom of your spine to a point that is right above your head. These are known as chakras. Each chakra correlates to specific body parts, emotions and thoughts. When we have a physical, emotional, or mental issue, it creates weaknesses in our behavior, movement, and specific categories in our lives. Releasing the stale energy from the body that may be blocking the chakra, can undo any emotional upheaval you were experiencing, physical pain, or mental blocks you were suffering through.
During this practice, I use different tools to help clear your energy such as reiki modalities, palo santo, sage, crystals, and my own intuition. Many times I will receive messages as to how to help you maximize your energy and restore your love for life. Sessions last about one hour. Sessions are distant (you are not physically present) and you will receive an extensive email afterwards of everything I did, plus all the messages that came through. You will also receive a photo of your personalized healing crystal grid.

WOW! This was such a unique experience and one that I will never forget. Personally I think everyone should treat themselves to something like this monthly. It is like a tune-up for the soul. I know I needed it for my mind, body and spirit. I feel so much clearer. I love how I felt tingles and warm chills over the parts of the body Julie was working on.... that let me know the energy was really flowing through me. But what I appreciated best was the action steps she gave me to put into my life moving forward and the messages I could go home with from what she gathered intuitively.
